Utah-based company, Korean firm strike 100-MW solar deal:

Utah-based solar developer Renewable Resource Capital, L.L.C. and South Korean Youil Ensys Corporation signed an agreement to build at least 100 megawatts’ worth of solar projects within the next three years.

Before and After of the Power Parasol Project at Lot 59. (link on earlier post)

Lot 59 project has four Power Parasols (2.124 megawatts DC and 7,584 photovoltaic solar panels) positioned over the parking lots (228,916 square feet covered by structure approximately 5.25 acres) at ASU between the football stadium and the baseball stadium. It covers parking areas used by students and by fans attending athletic events (800 parking spaces plus all aisles and walkways covered and 64 potential sign locations). Estimated completion date is this December.
